"Worst Dr office EVER. I really need to see a Gynecologist. I was really sick for months. This office made me wait 2 months for an appointment just because I was a new patient and then when I finally had an appointment they refused to take me because I was just 10 minutes late because the place is like impossible to find. I went to the wrong building because they didn't tell me what building to go to. Now I am really sick and could have Endometriosis and these Dr's don't care about your health what so ever. Do NOT go here. They make new patients wait 2 months for appointments ALL the time and when you finally get an appointmen they treat you horribly."

"Doctors are fabulous, however the support staff is the absolute the worst. I stopped going to them after 10 plus years because of the support staff and beyond ridiculous wait times for scheduled appointments. Fast forward 14 years and my daughter who they delivered 25 years ago is now a patient of theirs and it appears nothing has changed. When you call the phone rings and rings and rings and then they pick up and hang up. Then you have to call again and again until someone finally decides to answer you. If your lucky they will be pleasant. I am a call center manager for a large animal specialty hospital (100 plus doctors) and this type of client service is unacceptable. PLEASE do better by your patients! Treat your clients the way you wish to be treated. Being a busy practice is not an excuse to treat patients this way. Their time is valuable too Do better!"

"I’ve seen both Dr. Miller and Paige and both were excellent doctors, very attentive, informative, and genuinely cared about my health. I want to continue seeing Paige, that’s the only reason this review isn’t 1 star. She’s an excellent provider. But I was there a year ago for an appointment and required a 6 week follow up. I called five times and each time they couldn’t schedule me because their schedule was being re-done, or something to that affect. At that point, grab a calendar and a pencil and start scheduling the old fashioned way. I digress. This is all amid the covid pandemic so I give the benefit of the doubt, but fast forward a year and I haven’t gotten my follow up. I hope for my health and for their sake that my situation is not worse than it was then. Covid happened, I couldn’t schedule anything, my life got hectic, I gave up. I tried calling a few times between last month and this month - the phone just rings and rings until you hang up. Is there no one at the front desk?! I called over the weekend and it was a recording that the office was closed. So you know they’re operating in the office. But call during business hours and the phone just rings. I plan on going there today in person because I’m fed up and frustrated. I get times are hard, but this is just neglect. I don’t get it. I’ve tried finding other numbers online, calling NYP, I got transferred to three different people, none of whom could help. What is going on?"

"I never do reviews because I feel like everyone encounters experiences completely different. However, this is unacceptable. I called to make an appointment I am a new patient. The lady answers the phone she seemed miserable as if she does not like her job, ( I get it these are some hard times and people would like to be safe at home) So I gave her the benefit of doubt. I said i will like to make an appointment I a a new patient. She asked have you been here before? I said no. She then asks what insurance do you have? I tell Her my Insurance she says please hold. I am on hold for a 10 min, she then get back to the phone reintroduces herself and I then say I was waiting I am a new patient trying to make an appointment. She then sighs and says please wait. I am now put on hold again. I was on the phone for almost 20 min all together when she comes back on and says please call back later I cant make your appointment at this time. I ask what is the problem she states I am overwhelm with patients at the moment. This encounter to me is a red flag, it may not be the doctors but the staff in the front desk need customer training, multitasking management. I mean if this is the experience just to book an appointment. I will spear myself the trouble of being a patient. Again, I don't ever due reviews however this really caught me good. I hope that the reviews are seen by the Managing staff so that they an grow from the issues arising."

"I will give this place a 3 because of the doctors. I have always felt comfortable with each one. The assistants are very welcoming as well. I also believe the wait time is normal when you compare. The front staff is another story they are very short with everyone. Especially the oldest one in the bunch who seems to hate her job and lack manners both in person and over the phone. Had a family emergency which required me to move and when I called to state I would no longer be coming to this clinic she hung up on me as if I broke up with her."
