The standout for me was a number titled "Ecko," which seemed to encapsulate the soulful and enchanting nature of the evening perfectly. The atmosphere of JPAC greatly enhanced the experience. The venue, resembling an old church, offered a mix of intimacy and grandeur. My seat, ideally placed at a table right before the stage, allowed me to engage with the performance thoroughly. The layout, complete with traditional theater seating and a mezzanine behind the tables, was ideal for enjoying the show. "This was my first time ever at Jamaica Performing Arts. I loved being in the building and the structure of it. It is accessible to those who have disabilities. It is easy to get to on public transportstion. The E train to the last stop which is Jamaica Center and buses, 85, 44, 34, 65, 56...these are just a few. It's right next to the Social Security Administration building and near shopping. A nice place to host community events."
