"If I could leave zero stars I would. Very unprofessional by the doctor and the staff. Doctor only sees me for 10 minutes before dashing out the door. And when I do need them to fill out paperwork or send paperwork to a specialist or my disability company, they don't do it. I have called many times and it is the same excuse. Im done. Looking for a new doctor"

"Tammy S. should not be working with people. I missed an appointment got a call the next day. Tammy S. was snooty and i cussed on the phone. There today Tammy S. was snooty and threatened me if it happened again I would be discharged. The cussing took place 2 weeks ago. Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I love Dr. Sharma herself, but since the Hamburg office has opened, the quality of care has gone downhill. There have been times when Dr. Sharma has been backed up and I have had to see the PA at the Hamburg office and I was very disappointed with my experience. The receptionists are dismissive and the PA is always trying to push new medications on me that the pharmaceutical representatives have given her. I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Sharma at the Irving office and thus far have been unable to do so. I have called numerous times, written a letter & still can't get anyone to call me back! I do not know what is going on, but I am seriously considering switching to another PCP."
