At Dream Studio, we encourage all body types to explore the art of ballet and offer classes that incorporate various techniques such as Ailey, Graham, and Limón. Students will learn proper dance technique, be exposed to different styles of jazz, and develop basic to advanced skills with a focus on precision execution of movement. Flexibility, strength, and basic tumbling skills are also emphasized in our classes, with each student's level determined by the instructor based on their technique and ability. Our goal is to create a nurturing and healthy atmosphere where dancers of all body types can thrive and grow in their passion for dance.
