"I started going to Metabolic 5 months ago and I am absolutely in love! I never really worked out before, but as my 40th birthday was approaching I felt challenged to do something different. I previously had a membership to a traditional gym but I didn’t have the discipline to keep going. But my friend was going here for a while and her results were so impressive so I decided to try it. I’m so glad I did. This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. My family probably hates it because I won’t shut up about it! It’s been so great for my self esteem (and my body obviously). Plus the coaches are wonderful- they make sure that every class is a challenge, but they’re also careful to ensure that your form is right and you’re not lifting too much so you don’t injure yourself. And I can tell that they count my success as their success. Worth every penny!!!"

"I have been a client at Metabolic for a little over 2 years, and I can say it’s the best 45 minutes of my day. I feel better and stronger than I ever have! Metabolic is much more than a group fitness class - it really is more like personal training in a group setting. You are welcomed in to such a positive and uplifting community of people who all have the same goal of moving their body, being strong, and living a healthy lifestyle. I have been apart of comparable gyms in the area and Metabolic’s training surpassed my expectations when I experienced my first class. "Metabolic Fitness is a wonderful gym. Classes are like personal training with an impressive amount of feedback from the instructors and their assistants. I feel so motivated to work out very hard in class and the instructors are wonderfully patient. I am there every day that I’m in the area and will be until I move in June. I only wish that some of the classes varied their music from the loud top 40 dance music. I would go to those even if it meant switching my schedule around. My husband would even come in with me were that the case. Some of the teachers occasionally play older rock and I love it."
