"Not impressed with child watch. Big children allowed to run amuck playing football, made my grandson fall and hit head super hard while the staff just stood there. Was trying to get my grandson acclimated to the room but the teenager standing at the door was impatient with us because my grandson came in and out a couple times to see me. He acted like a bully, and made us feel unwanted there. Why is a teenager interacting with parents? Why is he not taught to be polite? Won't come back, I will travel to Pittsford where the child watch room is more organized and structured. Just as a side note the teenage girls in the room did good a job trying to watch my grandson but had a lot of kids to look after."

"My favorite Y as it has great instructors, nice outdoor pools and splash pad. Nice outdoor property with climbing wall, picnic tables and outdoor covered shelters. There is also bay access and or course on site and school childcare and great summer camps. Friendly staff and small close knot community"

"I always enjoy my time at the Bayview Y! Yes I enjoy my work out but I enjoy all the staff and fellow members as well. It's so nice to go somewhere and feel so very welcome!"

"This is a smaller older facility that makes up in great staff. If you are looking for a quieter less congested "Y," this is the place. Also, If you have a child, there swim instructors are leaps and bounds better than what I have experienced at other newer facilities."

"This is a decent YMCA. It feels a little bit like a remodeled school with the small hallways. I wish they had a kids pool which is a bummer. Gyms are nice. Hot tub/sauna and an outside pool seems awesome. The staff that checked me in was a bit rude. Checked in the person in front of me and then when I walked up was ‘busy’ on the computer without saying anything for about 30 seconds. A bit awkward. Seems like a less busy facility then others which is nice but it’s obvious why. Might try it on the weekends when the east side facility is slammed full."
