"I took my wife for a club fitting with the idea of spending a good chunk of change to upgrade her bag. Sean (Shawn) was very professional and thorough in his handling of my wife. I have to add, we are both avid golfers but took to the game late and play strictly for fun (nice way of saying we’re not very good). Sean had my wife try many different combinations of shafts and club heads for over an hour. To my surprise he then said that he recommends that she keep her current clubs as she was hitting those as good as any upgrade he would recommend. He did suggest adding a 5w and 7w to the bag. He could have very easily recommend a significant outlay of money and we would not have blinked since that was what we expected. Such honesty and professionalism is very welcome. We will spend some of the money we didn’t spend on new clubs getting out on some nicer courses in Scottsdale this January."

"Only in for a couple days from Florida to play Oakhill. Was having issues with my putter, it need a lie adjustment. Called on Sunday and Keegan said bring it in. He took care of my putter adjustment! They were busy also with fittings going on. Gotta say I love the feel of the shop. Like to guys in the shop. If you guys live up here in this area. This is where you need to go to get anything golf related! Can’t thank you guys enough for helping me out!"

"I don’t leave many reviews, but after my experience at PennFair, it would be a disservice not to. I worked with Steve Allen for an iron fitting, which was my first ever club fitting, and I can’t say enough about their customer service. Steve was so methodical with his approach; different shafts, heads, and even some pointers on my swing. By the end of it, he could’ve suggested anything in the store and I would’ve jumped on it solely based on his insight and knowledge. However, Steve did something even better…he shook my hand, lent me a set of irons to use for an upcoming tournament to just “try out” and said stop back in next week to see if they worked well. That was it…no credit card, no down payment, just a gentlemen’s handshake and I was on my way. Not to mention, the irons I was 100% committed to buying were more expensive than the irons he suggested that I tried. If that isn’t phenomenal customer service and dedication to finding the right irons for the golfer, I don’t know what is. Needless to say, they will be seeing a lot more of me at their shop. Awesome experience and even better staff!"
