"This place is GREAT!! If your looking to get in shape or stay in shape John and his team of fitness trainers have a wealth of information. They custom built my workout and I am in the best shape of my life. I have been playing golf for over 30 years and my game and stamina have never been better. The facility is awesome and loaded with everything to keep your workouts fun. The golf simulators are also a great way to work on your game in the middle of the Winter."
