"This is definitely the BEST gym experience I’ve ever had. It has a boutique approach which I love. The trainers are very attentive to individual abilities and modify workouts when necessary. The culture is awesome as well - everyone is very engaged! The workouts are different everyday, focusing and targeting a complete full body experience that generates results!!! You’re never bored. It’s quite addicting. I especially love the boxing portion of the workout as it always leaves me feeling accomplished. Great workout for mental health as well. LOVE IT!!"
