"This absolutely is the greatest kickboxing place you'll ever go to! I came into this with no expectations and I was told by so many people how much fun it is. First class - instantly was hooked. It's been a month and a half since I joined and I've never felt this good in my life. The instructors there are so very nice, and as trainers, they are very good at what they do. Each class is an endurance, but in the end it's so so worth it. If you're curious about kickboxing and want to try it out, seriously, GO FOR IT! It's incredibly worth it!"

"iLoveKickboxing has helped me make an incredible transformation over the last year. What started as an amazing groupon deal has turned into me going regularly each week, losing close to 30lbs, and gaining strength I never had before. All of this is due to the caring (yet tough) instructors and a phenomenal workout program. What I appreciate the most is the frequency of their classes and flexibility - I know I can get the same hard workout at 6AM or 8PM, with the same enthusiasm from all of the instructors. As a working mom, this means a lot to me. There have been times I have been the only person who shows up for a late night class, and they still give me the same dedication as if it were a full class. it's the best fitness experience I've had - even better than a personal trainer!!"

They will come to you, show you how the exercises should be done, and they will motivate you to always do better. Since I started doing Kickboxing, I've seen many results.
