"This place does so much more than teach someone kung-fu or tai chi. It is a community where people care about each other, take the time to know each other, and help one another with everyday problems. It's like a family. They teach values of discipline, humbleness, mutual respect, and hard work that has personally helped me with school and life in general. I found myself more motivated after going here, and more than that I found myself. It is anything but commercial because they really care. If you make a mistake in a move, they will keep working on it to fix it. If exercise is also what you are looking for, this place is right for you. I came for the kung-fu, stayed for the community :)."

"Top Notch Praying Mantis training from an instructor that has done and gone through everything they can to bring you the best most authentic kung fu training you can get in the United States. Your only other choice to grt the ssme training is to uproot your whole life and move to China, try to convince the elders of the system to take you in and train you directly for the next 20 years. lol. Personally I'd train here!"
