"posting this on behalf of my mom she barely got the chance to attend the gym and she’s a full time worker and mother and can no longer attend nor wants to attend after she tried canceling her membership and they told only if she had a medical reason or lives 25 miles away. Now with that being said it’s not fair is you sign up and feel pressured to continue to pay when you don’t have the time nor money to continue ! This is disgusting to force someone to continue a membership if you don’t want to ! I hope someone could reach out to us to figure something out bc this is absolutely insane when she was told she could cancel anytime ! I hope people read this before you sign up !"
"I've been coming here since October of 2022. I live in Mamaroneck and love working out here. The vibe is super open and friendly. It feels like everyone is training to get better at something they're passionate about. The owner Dean does a great job of making it feel like a tight-knit community as well. I've been taking Judo classes since I joined and I've fallen in love with the sport overnight. I've also been meaning to get into the BJJ classes cause they have an excellent coach as well and it looks like a ton of fun."
"Best gym in lower Westchester hands down! Flex hours great kickboxing classes all day. You will sweat your A off. Plenty of free weights and much much more."
"This gym is 24 hours. Had great equipment, amazing classes and great coaches that will whip you into shape. It’s a good atmosphere for all people and they make to feel welcomed whether you are a beginner or not. I also love that they are encouraging."
