"Definitely some drama at this studio. Pretty good with younger kids, but then questionable hiring & employment practices in the past few years. One teacher, who had gone to college to teach dance, been a hit with both dancers & families and really was a fantastic asset to the studio was heavily disrespected & pushed aside to make room for college-aged ‘teachers’ who had grown up dancing at the studio (including 1 of the owner’s daughters). My niece graduated in 2020, and was in tears after the main teachers snubbed her (& her friends’) dances because they were classes taught by a teacher who wasn’t in the “in-crowd” amongst coworkers and bosses. Seems gossipy & clique-y amongst the adults. Beyond questioning skill of teaching, I would take pause, wondering if this is the best environment for our growing girls."

"I think its crazy that seventh graders are dancing with tenth graders. You have some very unhappy dancers all to appease one mom who seems to think her daughter can dance better than anyone else. There are always dancers in every class who are better than others, you have never made such drastic moves before to my knowledge and I do not think you should have now. There are a lot of dancers who could have jumped up in classes through the years, it is not fair to them that you move some now."
