"I had a TSA Pre check appointment and Blackhawk was NOT able to accommodate any appointments on 2/7 and through out the week. We did not receive a cancellation notice and were greeted with an attitude when we walked in for our appointment. I made an appointment elsewhere."
"Don't go there for TSA precheck. They schedule appointments every 10 minutes and then leave you sitting in the waiting room almost an hour as they run their security business. Maybe they should have a dedicated TSA staff person if they are going to schedule so many appointments. I waited an hour and finally had to leave for a work meeting....that I couldn't be late for, you know, because it's my job."
"Unequipped to handle their scheduled workload. Will abruptly cancel your appointment with zero communication. If you’re interested in a customer experience worse than the DMV I highly recommend come check out their office. Their business model solely relies on government welfare in the form of receiving money from the TSA. Shocking incompetency would accurately describe what I witnessed."
"Very unprofessional. The manager doesn't listen. Talks over you and jumps to conclusions before hearing one sentence. There's no reason to rush threw conversation. No questions were answered. They called left a phone number and email about a non existing position and pay. Returned call and number was not in service. Poor management skills. Very unorganized. Behind on work and deadlines I'm most certain. Short manager with dreads never gave his name. Introduced himself as the manager. Won't be returning. Will not recommend. Don't waste your time. PROFESSIONALISM FIRST!"
"This program was a great experience. Our class of attendees were from all over Rochester from various walks of life and cultures. Our class time was spent in instructor presentation of the required material, with real-life security examples plus meaningful examples. The class time passed quickly with an instructor who enjoyed his life's experience(s) in his security career. Instructor Gerhardt communicated effectively, delivered the information well, and made class enjoyable."
