"Fantastic gym the staff are very helpful theres a massive selection of free weights and machines/equipment and the protein/supplement shakes are amazing my only qualm is the gym needs some updates preferably in the bathroom and locker rooms im not sure about the womens side but the mens only has one stall and they could use a shower or two as well"

"Was in town visiting relatives and needed a place to get a lift in and came across Upstate Empire. The front desk staff ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the equipment selection and Dumbbell variety. The entire place was very well organized, clean and well managed. The environment and ambiance was pretty cool too. If I’m ever back in the area, I would absolutely come back here again."
