"I would give a 5 except that I can't I cannot for the life of me understand why the club is closed when school is closed (unlike every other town USA) Why do they only offer 4 days per week until 5:00pm when parents work M-F 9-5 & many times in Buffalo &beyond? "The executive here yells at parents over questions about how the procedures work. When taken to higher ups, they don't hold their employees accountable. Completely unprofessional, and our kids won't be going here anymore. It's not safe."
