"My experience has been awful. In May of 2023 I bought a six visit package that was good for 1 Year. I went to use it 3 weeks ago and was told that due the new computer system they couldn't find my package but someone would look into it. I have called several times and I keep getting the same response the manager is looking at it and will call me back. Its been 3 weeks with out a call. To say I am frustrated doesn't cover it. I go on vacation in a week and I had planned on using my last couple sessions up. This is the worst customer service. YOU should be ashamed"

"Super clean facility. Was worried about getting the spray tan, knowing I'd have to be barefoot in the machine, but it felt like it was brand new! Floors in the room and towels they gave, all felt so clean, too. The spray tan, itself, was great! I did wipe my face off after seeing it was immediately too dark, but the rest was amazing. Days later and still tan."
