"I received a Groupon. An appointment was made for me. What groupon states you get and what you actually get is not correct. The massage person was wonderful, but the owner was very very rude. She spoke to me as if I were an idiot and a liar. Then proceeded to tell me a tip is mandatory and required, which I told her is not correct. Overall experience was horrible. Overall, I will not be going back ever again."

"-0 stars if I could. This was the worst massage that I've ever experienced! I thought I was being pranked! I guess you get what you pay for. I found the deal on Groupon. When I called to ask for availability she tried to upsale me for a full hour, I told her no thank you however once I got there I decided I would treat myself a do a full hour because I was celebrating my birthday. Thankfully I had massages elsewhere before because they provided no instructions besides pointing you into a room. Then I get undressed down to my underwear and bra. They guy knocks and asked if I were ready I said yes. He came in and saw my bra stamps and came back with a female attendant. She could barely speak English and she just did hand motions for my bra. I replied no problem I can take it off. She then asked if I wanted medium or hard. I replied with hard which is what I always normally receive at a massage Parlor due to my tense muscles in my neck and shoulders. When he came in again as I stated worst massage ever! I don't think they're licensed at all, they don't use any of the techniques that you would receive at a massage parlor,he didn't know what he was doing and it felt as he was playing around. The pressure was extremely too hard and I should have said something. It felt like he put his entire body weight on my back. My head was smashed so hard into the bed that it was ridiculous. Also I asked for a massage not to visit a chiropractor. He twisted my arms and legs and folded them back,he spinned my legs in a circle and dropped them down. Definitely not a massage technique. Also again I should've stopped him but I guess I was just in such shock and couldn't believe this was happening, very unreal. I thought it had to be a joke. He pulled my underwear halfway down and rubbed the bone on top of my butt cheeks, and shook my boot cheeks, definitely not a part of massage. Then when he turned me around I had to cover myself up. At a licensed local they make sure your breast are covered when you flip over. I had to use my arms or they would've been out. Usually when it comes to the legs the attendant closes your legs and puts the sheets in between your legs. He opened my legs and was very close to my private area, not a part of a massage. When he did my back I could feel his private part on my arm and then again on my head. Not professional at all. They should invest and stools to sit on. When I finished I was sweating and I had tears in my eyes. I wanted to get up many times prior to the hour but then a part of me wanted to at least receive my full $65 worth. When I paid I went to walk out the door and the mail attendant yelled hey and pointed to the tip in cash sign. I replied I don't have cash I paid with my card then the female attendant tried to make me do a tip on the card when I clearly wrote no. I said no tip today. I definitely would not recommend this place ! Horrible experience! This was my first time ever having a massage and not feeling relaxed. Also I'm in so much pain from this massage especially on my back that I need to go somewhere to get the kinks out that he put in . Very horrible experience"

"The massage was good. They worked a little fast and had a rough patch/scab or on their arm that I could feel rubbing during the massage. Apart from that it was enjoyable."

"This was the most relaxing place I have been in a long time. I received a Groupon for a Reflexology treatment. This was well worth it. I will be going back and having more treatments. I felt like human jello afterwards."
