I really enjoyed what I thought would be super uncomfortable. January 27th first session with Felicia- she was super friendly and full of information. Everything was fully explained in a way I could understand. Receptionist was also full oh knowledge and support from the moment I walked in!"

"My nurse was REALLY awesome. She did an excellent job making me comfortable during the whole treatment and answered questions I had about other treatments available. My only reason for not giving a 10/10 is that I wish Ideal Image communicated what benefits a membership entitles me to. I’ve had one for 3 years and am really not sure why? The first year I received a free treatment. The second year nothing and now I think I just save slightly on my hair removal?"

"They took $5000 and have now cancelled 2 appts in a row. I haven’t had a treatment in 7 months. Called to get a refund and was told no. *update* Got in and saw Felicia. She is absolutely wonderful with attention to detail. She would be the reason I recommend this place. She took a thorough history and made adjustments. "The first few times I went for my laser hair removal seemed fine if not a bit rushed but since May of this year they have cancelled EVERY single appointment I’ve made. I haven’t been able to get in for 8 months now and they always wait until the day before or the day of to cancel. While texting me to reschedule I don’t even get a response after the first message half the time. I decided to call the main call center instead of the Albany location I use and I was told that because I didn’t complete my appointments within a certain timespan my “contract is expiring”. Seeing as I have tried to complete these appointments I find this so crazy. I’m so disappointed with the service I’ve received, or rather haven’t received and feel like I wasted money by not being able to complete the 10 treatments I paid for."

"I was not having the best service/treatment with ideal imagine in the beginning and was at the point I figured I had wasted thousands of dollars by going here. I was not getting really any results and I had gone for laser hair removal 5 times(most people are completed in 7 sessions). The pain was unbearable, I dreaded going to my appointments and I would bleed from the laser. I thought this was all normal because I had never done this before. Then when I went in for my 6th treatment there was a new technician named Felicia. She offered me a stress ball to squeeze for pain and also ice packs for the area after the treatment. I hadn’t been offered either before. When she was done I asked if my skin was bleeding and she was astonished I had even asked that because bleeding was not normal at all. Felicia made me more comfortable(in an already uncomfortable treatment) than I had ever been and the pain is now bearable…AND THERE WAS NO BLEEDING! I went from telling people to steer clear of ideal image to being extremely happy with my progress in just two appointments with Felicia. If I had been asked to make a review after my first few sessions it would have been 1 star but Felicia is the only reason for this 5 star review."
