"First things first. They did get the job done. BUT everybody is clueless and have horrible communication. The stress they put my wife through was a lot for her and even brought her to tears . if you know…. you know how stressful enough this process can be. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic .. you definitely get what u pay for. Which is a bunch of clueless untrained unreliable staff which are nice BUT But have no solution or answers to any of your questions or concerns. And the ACCOUNTING TEAMS .. oh brother. They tried to steal thousands of dollars from me and my wife with unexpected and random charges. We would constantly have a new bill on our portal and would have to call to get it sorted out. So on top of staff being no help they also try to steal your money. At the end of the day my wife is now 3 months pregnant with the professionalism of the embryologists and doctor who did the transfer .. so cheers to that. But the staff are TERRIBLE."

"I AM SPEECHLESS!! All I can say is THANK YOU ROSE from the call center, for making what seemed like the impossible, completely possible!! After hearing our new consultation wouldn’t be for another 3-4 months, my fiancée and I were crushed because 1. We were planning for a November transfer, and 2. We were completely unaware and informed that we had to schedule a new consultation due to our first one being last year. Rose was completely understanding, compassionate, and full of patience. With a miracle from God, a cancellation came up while we were on the phone, and we now have a consultation next week!!! Thank you for your patience and understanding Rose!"

"If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience with them. They are unprofessional, impersonal, and not well informed about proper fertility treatment. After having gone through IVF previously, I expected something very different than I got. I never once was given a chance to see a doctor. They let the nurses run all of the cycles, which to me, is quite unprofessional. They overstimulated my ovaries with hormones, forcing me to to freeze my embryos and waste an insurance cycle. They also insist on freezing at day 3, which is just a way for them to get and keep your money. Please do not go to this clinic. Save your money and emotional distress"

"My husband and I are working with them to hopefully conceive. They have been supportive and open to all questions. The portal is such an important part of your treatment here! My insurance has been covering everything, but I know that's rare. Payment plans are offered and this is the cheapest fertility center, making it accessible to many."
