"From the moment I walked in the door on the 3rd floor, I felt comfortable and cared for. My husband even remarked how pleasant the receptionist, Diana, was. She treated me as if I were the only one in the room. The nurses and physicians that treated me went above and beyond to help calm my nerves. Thank you all for making my experience a good one."
"Dr. Syed opted to run tests when I was not experiencing symptoms (flared up). Surprise surprise when all tests come back normal. After several thousand dollars of co-pays and multiple 'scopes, the only advice given was "take Metamucil." I wouldn't trust him to remove a splinter from thumb, much less address complex medical issues."
"This office should be ashamed of itself. They have not down staff or followed any of the regulations that the government (Cuomo) has implemented due to this pandemic. They have staff checking in and at the front unnecessarily rather than have them working from home.They are claiming that these are essential employees, but why would someone not medicating or providing direct care be considered essential. The more people at the office, the more they put patients at risk, and their employees. What a shame!!!!! They have not given these people masks to protect themselves, how do you claim to value your employees. Wait for it....the money that you are trying to save now, you will lose down the road. When you get people sick, who will manage your business and who will come to your office. Stop finding ways to have people work in the office marking them as essentials.....have everyone possible work from home!!!"
"They a cyst removed June 12 called to schedule appoint to get stitches remove after 2 weeks and they couldn't give me a appointment.....what horrible service and so unprofessional....don't recommended them"
