"The lady at the front desk was rude she side i was stressing her out. I sould of side something to her. The people that work here don't know how to explain anything I will not be going back I also will not be recommending anyone to go here. I did not fell comftuble going here the guy I talked to side I do not qualify for surgery and then i tell him i would never do surgery. After I told him i would never do surgery he started to be rude after. I was supposed to have an 1 hour appointment I was in and out of the building with in 15 minutes. They petty much wasted my time and the person who drove me there. They act like it's all about the money."

"Very rude people who work there but are ok w people who wear ankle weights to weigh themselves and get Medicaid to pay for weight loss surgery. I will be reporting them for Medicaid fraud for allowing people who wear weights to get surgery. I have insurance and couldn’t even make it past the rude girl who was checking me in!! I was 55min EARLY to my 9:45 appt and after demanding my insurance card (that I work and pay for!!), she insisted I was late but my directions said 9:15 am check in. She continued to say I was late very loud and then said I have to reschedule and I said “no I don’t” and “I’m not” she said she will see what she can do and a few minutes came out and said I can stay but will be seen “in between patients” (there were NONE). I went to sit down and she said loudly “I didn’t tell you to sit!” That’s when I went off on her and left. Some Sharon called me later on and said I was a no show but checked in at 9:05??! How can I be a now show but be there?! She stated my appt was at 9:45 am which I conferred yes and I was early. She stated they got me mixed up with another patient! Very safe! lol NOT! Then offers me an appt two months away!! After I used my sick time to come. I’ll just lose weight like I should and let them take the Medicaid frauds who wear weights. I’m reporting them tomorrow!!"
