"My experience working with Nate was very positive when I had tendonitis. I went to him because I was concerned about my injury having a negative effect on my mental health and overriding the progress I made in the gym. He was able to help me get through by customizing my workouts and helping me find different movements in the gym. He also took time to make sure that I understood movements and supplemented videos and written instructions for my accessory work. He was always available to answer any questions that I had and celebrated any milestones that I reached.
