"As a patient of 14 years, I highly recommend Dr. Forman and this practice. Dr. Forman remembers who I am, what my hobbies are, and often asks about my family. He seems very knowledgeable and appears to practice evidence-based medicine. I’ve never gotten the feeling that he’s taking extra labs or asking for a return visit just to make more money. Lastly, Dr. Forman and the other staff are quite responsive via the message portal. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. I usually schedule appointments in the morning but have gone in the afternoon too. I have not experienced problems with the front desk staff as other reviews have. I will say they are not outwardly bubbly friendly, but they have never been rude to me."

"I really do not recommend this place. I was there three times, every time the doctor was not professional and patient. He ran into the room, quickly asked several questions, and then ran away without leaving you some time to ask some questions. The nurses here are rude and not professional. The last time I was there was in 2019. And at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, they sent a message saying their clinics will shut down because of the pandemic. After that, I received NO message from the. It is like they have forgotten me. This morning I was trying to schedule a physical exam and I shockingly know that I was knocked out by the doctor since "I did not show up in the past three years". I questioned them if I did not show up, why they did not send me any message to remind me. As a patient, how I can tell if that means the doctor does not think I should go to see him, or they just forgot me?"
