"DON'T GO HERE! Walked in for a gel manicure. Had the unpleasant Kevin. He hovered while I was picking out my colors. I said gel nails and he took it as fake nails. He buzzed my real nail bed so thin it hurt. He put the clear coat over the dust. When he went to put a sticker on my finger, I told him I wanted natural nails, my nails, not fake nails. He tried to get out of doing my nails. He was angry. He pulled at my cuticles without remorse and left six of ten bleeding. He went through the motions as quick as possible. He got nail polish on my knuckle. When he took the towel out of the warmer to get the lotion off my nails he literally threw it on each hand. It was so hot. It felt like it was burning my hand. I can understand being upset because you aren't earning as much as you originally thought. This was terrible. Honestly the worst manicure I've ever had to endure. Painful. Uncaring. Manicures are supposed to be a happy place to relax at. I'm spending $35, that is still money! Not coming back, and no one else should either."

"I went and got mine and my daughters nails done we got the powder dip and a design on our ring fingers. The dip is cracking and the design on my ring fingers is peeling off . I also got a pedicure with gel polish and the polish is already coming off and it hasn’t been a week yet. For the money I spent is crazy for that to happen so soon. Will never go back there again."
