"The opticians here are great which is a shame because the office staff are subpar. Waited 4 weeks for an appointment only to come here and find out they scheduled the appointment at the Greece office. Check to make sure they actually have the right location when scheduling with them."
"Wow, they got the exam wrong 3 times. Script is still wrong I took off work 3 times. Then one of the managers leaves a message that he hears I'm having a issue with my glasses. Maybe he needs to be an ear doctor. I thought those places take note? Maybe they just like the sound of my voice constantly repeating myself. Now their probably going to want me to come in again, should I bring a suitcase?"
"Terrible experience, never again. They got my prescription wrong 3 times. I still can’t see out of my glasses. What a waste of time and money. Then they gas lit me and other people being seen, that it was just the print were looking at. Telling people you can only get glasses for far away or up close, that you can’t get glasses to wear all the time to see clearer. They just went off a prescription they had on record from 10 years ago! THEY’RE SCAM artists. How they’re still in business is beyond me. I’m calling my insurance to dispute my visit, this is the WORST eye place I’ve ever been!!!"
"At my appointment today, before seeing the doctor, I was shown to a small room for a tech to do a scan. Since I am immunocompromised, I was concerned that she was not wearing a mask ( I had a mask on). She twice refused my request for her to wear a mask, saying that she didn’t know where to get one. Finally after I stepped out of the room and told her I would leave if she did not wear one, she left and came back with a mask on. This is unforgivable behavior for a medical professional.The patient’s health and safety must come first."
"I've never felt more uncomfortable at an appointment in my life. So much so that I left before the Doctor came in. The staff was not helpful or friendly. They overwhelmingly gave the energy that I didn't belong there."
