"Best phlebotomists I’ve ever seen. There was 8 people in front of me, it was so fast my coffee was still warm when I got back to my car! Highly recommend."

"Like many others who need a fasting blood draw, I arrived a few minutes before 7:00am when the facility opens. The staff was wonderful, but the other patients waiting in line reflect the lack of common courtesy seen all too often. My suggestion is for RRH to provide a sign outside the glass door that explains a line should form to the right of the door and the door not be blocked. (There was someone standing with their nose about 6 inches from the door when another team member arrived, I am not exaggerating!) Waiting chairs should be arranged in a way that facilitates an easy to follow line. As an employer, RRH can do a little more to make the life of their hard working employees who interact with a semi-crazy public a little easier. Staff = 5 stars, minus one for the experience which could have been a little better. I'll continue to use this facility. I appreciate the skill and care of the staff."

"Fast Clean and Efficient. 'Kelly' painlessly drew my blood, obviously very experienced at her job. After some bad experiences at other places, thats a relief. Thank you!"

"Warning!!!! I have always had my blood drawn here but the Tech that I had was no longer there. I never ever had any issues until a Tech by the name of AMELIA drew my blood and I had blood flowing down my arm that bleed throw the gauge bandage. I had a bruise so bad that my arm was so sore. I did register a complaint with RGH Labs. If you need blood drawn there, please be careful and be sure that you do not let AMELIA draw your blood. I am so sorry to have to say this but wanted to be sure that another person does not have to go through what I had to."

"Usually I have no trouble at this center. This time I heard you needed an appointment to get blood work, but when I called they said no appointment was needed. When I went there, there was a person at the door with a laptop scrolling through screen after screen of names. Looked like you had to have signed up to me. The terse woman guarding the door offered no greeting, just "wait time is an hour, you have to wait in your car, you need a mask, we will call you when we are ready for you." I told her I don't have a phone expecting that she would offer some work-around for that, instead she just grunted and went back to her laptop. I stood there and commented "I guess I can't get the blood work then", still hoping to prompt her to make some suggestion. She didn't look up at me or say anything, just ignored me, so I just turned and left. No phone, no blood work, I guess. Just a grunt."
