"I had quarterly appointments for medication refills, towards the start of the year I always got reminders for my appointment via email and phone. Towards the end of the year they stopped reminding me and I ended up missing appointments. I would reschedule but due to a busy personal life I had to schedule for a month out and again they would fail to remind me for appointments. Coincidentally once the new year started and my deductible reset I am all of a sudden getting reminder emails and phone calls again. It feels to me like they only care about reminding people about appointments when they can get money out of them. I know it is partially my fault because I should have put the appointment in my phone or something but I have never had any other office not send reminders for appointments, especially when they were made months in advance. I don’t know, it left a bitter taste in my mouth and I think my next appointment will be my last unfortunately."

"Unfortunately, I hate to give bad reviews, but if it will help someone get the best care they need, i feel its important. This practice is completely disorganized and no one seems to take ownership of anything. From my personal experience this practice not patient care centered. They care more and are more concerned about collecting the copay and insurance payment right away than to actually follow through with ensuring labs are ordered correctly or scripts sent appropriately. They line-item bill consultation items where they spend no more than 30 seconds asking a question or talking about something and somehow that equates to coaching and entitles them to additional reimbursement. I do not recommend this practice at all."

"I was seen by Dr Patel for my annual physical gave him the paper work for a new handicap parking pass I even gave him a copy of my chronic condition which makes it hard to stand or walk today my wife picked it up for me and it was filled out for a temporary pass not a permanent one and on top of it Dr Patel didn't fill it out a PA I have never even meant did it"

"Office is just incompetent and borderline negligent. Lack of internal communication impacts your medical care, they tell you incorrect information and are blatantly unorganized. Would recommend not having a doctor before I’d recommend this office."

"I have been coming to this practice my entire 56 years, my children and grand children also came here. I am now in the process of finding new health care! I go in for my yearly physical and because they refill my cholesterol medicine they charge me for a office visit! I've been on this medication for years nothing has changed!! They have only 1 doctor left in the practice all they want is $$ me and my family will never go back!!"
