"I was scheduled for an appt this morning. I arrived at the office and was lied to by the front desk staff. They said they called and left a message that the doctor called in. I don't have voice-mail capabilities set up on my phone so I knew that was a lie. I also had no missed calls, no text message, and no message from my chart saying the appt was canceled. She was completely unapologetic. I am extremely disappointed in this office and will be looking elsewhere for a new primary care physician."

"DR ANJUM BURKI refuses to help patients. She does nothing more than a yearly physical and refers you out for everything! Asked for help with anxiety due to 2 life long chronic illnesses and she took that as drug seeking and marked that in my chart. She was ill prepared for the video visit and had the wrong hospital encounter today and appeared annoyed she was even in the call. Clearly her practices are outdated and it’s time to retire. She just sits there offers no medical advice and collects your insurance money."

"I’ve been with Bay creek medical group since i was 15 years old, and I’ve read some of these reviews on here and have to say that I’ve never experienced anything like what they are saying!! I’ve always received the best care, and I’ve tried switching to a closer doctor once, and came right back, i love it here so much!! They make you feel like you’re a part of the family, always nice, and caring, and let me tell you, I’ve been through some pretty rough times medically!! I thank God for my doctor, Dr. Michael Myers, he’s a Saint!! He’s even visited me in the hospital in the past!! I’ve also seen other doctors there, and they are wonderful too, and so are the physicians assistants, and nurses and staff!! They were great with me, and my whole family!! So thank you all for being there, I love you guys and all that you do!! Keep up the good work!!"

"I have been SO very disappointed. Most people don’t like going to the doctors and it’s a last resort. I can tell you for me Baycreek had only made it worse for me. From the moment you walk in you check in with a kiosk not person (though there is one standing there telling you to check in at the kiosk). The nurses (at least the ones I’ve had) are rude and impersonal. The doctor doesn’t have a good bed side manner make you feel like you have interrupted their day. Maybe it’s because I am old school but I miss having medical staff at least act like they went into medicine to help people. Are there any old school caring doctors in Webster?"

"Most disorganized medical group I’ve ever encountered. My wife and I are still trying to get them to hand over records to our new midwifery for now over 3 weeks and 6 calls and no call backs. They won’t return calls but ironically, my wife got a “reminder” call for an upcoming appointment after she told them she’s moving on to a new midwifery. If you want excuses, phony compassion and a lack of organization this is your place. Rochester Regional also was contacted and *shockingly* their “speak up line” never returned my call. They should be ashamed of themselves. If we don’t get records transferred soon she’ll miss important testing but they don’t care. I can go on but I won’t. I’ve never left a google review but I am so frustrated!"
