"If ZERO STARS was a category, this place would be hard pressed to reach that. Completely dishonest people who absolutely REFUSE to own up to their mistakes. . Do yourself a favor RUN from this so called medical professional and his team. We have tried to follow the proper channels. Given them every opportunity to make right and am stonewalled at every turn. Far as i am concerned if you are not honest, you are corrupt. I am following with a HIPPA complaint and a legal lawsuit for his PAs shady antics as well . One black eye deserves another aye V?"

"Avoid this place. I refused to have a Myelogram done but I was ok with having CT Cervical and Lumbar spine with contrast done as Michell Dugan, NP requested. She had also said I needed to try a medication that is an anti-depressant used to treat pain. I was not comfortable with that and said so. Her office called to inform me she said if I don't do the Myelogram, I should cancel the CTs as they would not give her enough information to proceed further. Every Medical Professional I spoke to said the CTs in themselves were a very good place to start when initiating Pain Management plans. Quoted: "However, Michelle Dugan didn't seem to care at all, her demeanor was callous and dismissive and was constantly suspicious of drug seeking behavior at the expense of a patient's (my) comfort and livelihood. I didn't feel heard." Exactly how I felt with only 1 visit!"

"I went here once and it was terrible. My treatment plan was sketchy at best, mostly conflicting and they refuse to clarify any of it. They refuse to tell me what they injected into my body. Wow! One of the staffers called me the day after the procedure to ask me if I had any questions, then blew up at me when asked a question. They don't like engineers here; Michelle Dugan, NP, in particular, made her disdain for engineers very clear to me. Similar to the other reviewer's experience, she was callous and dismissive with me also. The glittering marketing rhetoric in their brochure about working intimately with every patient is not to be believed: this place is a mill: follow orders, pay your bill and don't ask questions."

"Dr. Villareal was okay, thorough but still kind of arrogant and not a great listener. However, Michelle Dugan didn't seem to care at all, her demeanor was callous and dismissive and was constantly suspicious of drug seeking behavior at the expense of a patient's (my) comfort and livelihood. I didn't feel heard. I don't think that's professional. I don't someone like that should have her job."
