"Unfortunately my skin got stripped after getting a chemical peel. All I was told is to wait it out. No compensation was offered but I was able to transfer the remaining balance of the package to another treatment."

"Called on Thursday to get electrolysis. It’s almost Tuesday and I still don’t have an appointment scheduled despite sending a picture and answering numerous questions via text (Shelly’s preferred method of communication). If you want electrolysis (the *only* permanent method of hair removal per the FDA) don’t go here. She will steer you towards laser (less time consuming for them) and ghost on you if you insist on electrolysis."

"As soon as you walk into Simply You, a feeling of calm comes over you. EVERY employee will greet you when you arrive, whether or not you are their client. I have patronized this establishment for years and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. They have a wide variety of services to fit any of your needs. They WANT to make sure you are happy when you leave. Everything is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Simply You!"

"I have had many of the services done that are offered at Simply You Wellness Spa, and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. The staff is always keeping up with the latest spa treatments, and offer recommendations on everything to do with wellness. The location is conveniently located and very clean. I would HIGHLY recommend this spa to anyone wanting to be pampered, appreciated and feel like a Queen."

"5 of us wanted a girls morning with some pedicures/facials. We scheduled a few weeks ahead and brought our own champagne and muffins/doughnuts. The ladies were very accommodating and friendly. Everyone seemed really pleased and happy with their treatments. Prices seemed really reasonable as well! The parking lot is a little tight, however there was about 8 cars parked comfortably."
