"I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience at SVS Vision that has left me deeply disturbed and compelled to share my ordeal. This incident unfolded over the phone from the 4408 Milestrip Road branch, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I visited SVS Vision for a contact lens fitting, explicitly stating from the very beginning that I only required the fitting and contact lens prescription because I prefer to order my contacts online. After the fitting, I was informed that my insurance covered a portion of the costs, leaving a mere $10 to be paid by me. I duly paid this amount and retained my receipts as proof of payment. However, the very next day, I placed my contact lens order online using my insurance, expecting everything to be in order. Little did I know that this seemingly straightforward transaction would result in a barrage of hostility and aggression. I received a phone call from Don at SVS Vision, who was not only incredibly rude but also hostile. He accused me of placing my contact order "too fast" and claimed that they hadn't received payment. I reminded Don that during my visit, he had informed me that my insurance covered a substantial portion of the cost ($50 out of a total of $60), and I had paid the remaining $10. At no point during my visit was I informed of any time frame within which I needed to place my contact lens order, especially considering that I had paid for the fitting and now possessed my contact lens prescription, which I had paid for. The entire interaction with Don was marked by hostility, disrespect, interruptions, and sheer rudeness. To add insult to injury, he later casually mentioned that he was just having a bad day, as if that justified his appalling behavior. This ordeal left me in a state of extreme distress and anxiety. I would strongly advise anyone seeking eye care services to avoid SVS Vision at all costs. The level of customer service I experienced was abhorrent, and it is inconceivable that any establishment would allow such behavior from their staff to persist. My hope is that SVS Vision takes this feedback seriously, addresses the need for a complete overhaul of their customer service practices, and ensures that no one else has to endure such a traumatizing experience. In conclusion, my visit to SVS Vision was marred by unprofessionalism and hostility, and I implore others to seek eye care services elsewhere."

"They were fast and also very attentive. I haven’t found an optical place I loved in years. My glasses came in in a week and you can just stop in really quick to be fitted no second appointment was necessary. They are very helpful and friendly."
