"The way you have to make new patient dental is terrible. Only Wednesday at 8:30 am to call to get in the same day?!? I’ve been trying to get in over a month I call every week at 830 am and get no answer. Don’t bother try getting in for appointment with them it’s impossible."

"This place has been nothing but a nightmare. The doc is good. But the staff needs some serious help. I’ve never been asked by a doctors office to fill out a google review. That’s just not normal for a doctors office and after reading these reviews I can see why they need to ask for 5 stars. I have been held up for over a month now for my eye surgery because of them dragging their feet on getting me an appointment. I Call 2 days before to explain that I was sick and needed to move the appointment up a few days and never heard back, put non compliant on my paper work. And I had to wait 3 weeks before they finally got back to me after me calling calling. Now as of today I get a phone call from the eye doctor saying that I got my clearance but that I still need to get an EKG done. Even though they did it last week. The lack of professionalism is appalling from the staff. Really think about it before you go here."

Neighborhood Health Center Blasdell endeavors to meet the needs of its patients to cover more than just a general care. Here they have a pharmacy, podiatry, dental and specialized care in addition to general healthcare. There is a generous parking lot for easy access to the facility. The staff of health care workers are dedicated and friendly. The facility is bright, cheerful, modern, and most importantly, clean! I’ve been a patient here for five years and am very pleased with the care I receive from all. Kudos to the Blasdell Neighborhood Health Center! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

My PA Sarah Fiorello was fantastic and extremely adept and professional, as is the other nurses here - I wish I remembered their names because they were great. This whole facility is blessed with a wonderful staff and its the best Doctors office I've ever been to, KUDOS!!"
