The PA, Ankita was so nice and thorough and took care of my daughter so well. The urgent care is so neat and clean and the kids room are so nicely decorated and makes the kids feel so Comfortable. I would definitely Recommend this place for adults and kids."

"I recently walked into this facility suffering from bronchitis. Initially it seemed convenient as my office is just down the block. I registered for an appointment on-line, provided my health insurance card upon arrival and paid my Co-pay. Within an hour I was evaluated, offered additional treatment options and provided with a prescription. Months later there was an issue with billing. I was frustrated and reached out to the third-party billing for assistance to no avail. Island MD reached out to me and immediately addressed the issue. They also contacted me and took responsibility. That is a class act!"
