Theradynamics Physical & Occupational Therapy

"Where do I start. I needed a place for a shoulder injury and this place was on a list of pt places given to me by my doctor. I needed a place open late because of I have a job and can't really take off or leave early/late on a regular basis. So this place seemed like a fit. So I call them to see if I can get an appt, but nobody responds so I go on their website for more information. I see a big book appt online now button so I'm like cool ok. I do this and get an immediate text response. I get two additional texts reminding me of my appt, the address of the clinic, etc. The day of my appt was a weird winter ice/snow storm. Tell me why I show up and the front desk girl looks at me like a deer in headlights saying there are no records of me or my appt. She said not to use the online system because that doesn't work and the therapists don't see it. Then she says I can't book an appt that late because the therapist doesn't stay late. Then another staff comes over and says their PTs don't even treat shoulders and I should call my doctor and switch over to an OT script so their OT can see me? After wasting my time on an icy stormy day they then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to make another appointment. No and i cannot recommend anybody does."

"Dr.Angie is a very good and professional therapist and the facility is clean all the the therapist is helpful and will recommend to anyone who needs help . However Dr. Angie is the best she helped me through 2 surgeries and I m very grateful for her Ty Ruby"

"This place is amazing! The front desk staff are always accommodating and everyone is so nice! I broke my wrist recently due to a pothole issue and have been coming here a few times a week to get back to functional fitness and functional living and I’ve come so far with the help of the Occupational Therapy Duo, Maredyl and Ralph. I’m blessed and grateful for them. 11/10 would recommend to anyone in need of therapy."
