"This office is very factory like, once you are a patient there is little to no communication with your doctor. Now that I have switched to another doctor I see that not all IVF offices treat their patients this way."

"I could not say enough good things about this place. Dr. Zimmerman, and her nurses/staff, May, Sandra, and Valerie treated me so great, so kind, always got back to me quickly and were really there for me every step of the way. All of the other doctors and ultrasound technicians I have seen were always nice and answered all of my questions patiently and I never felt rushed which was important to me. I came here to this facility after a few failed IUI’s elsewhere unsure of starting IVF and was reassured in the best way that it could work for me. It was a long process but they are there for you every single step of the way. I am now 11 weeks pregnant with my IVF miracle after just one transfer and I cant thank this place enough, Me and my fiance are forever blessed and grateful for the care that we have received in this facility!"

"No one answers the phone especially the appointment line. I spoke with someone this morning and left a message. They did not return my phone call today until 4:30 pm. I had to leave another message but according to the recording it’s too late for today. Everytime I call the office it goes straight to the voicemail. I’m at work all day so I’d prefer to speak to someone right away. The doctors and nurses have been great. But what’s the point if everyone is too busy to even answer my phone call? I don’t care how good they are or how nice the place looks. I’d rather go to some place else."

"I cannot say enough good things about my first visit. Insurance verification was completed prior to appt scheduling. Everyone was so gentle, soft spoken, informative and helpful. Got a little woozy during bloodwork and everyone surrounding was offering up help and assistance. It was all hands on and made me feel truly cared for. I know now that we're in good hands here, looking forward to upcoming appts! I am an employee of the health system for over 6 years and I am proud to be. They did not know this until after visit was completed so there was no special treatment. We chose Dr.Matthew Cohen and he got the ball rolling immediately. Very, very happy!"

"In comparison to NYU Fertility, this facility is warm, caring and a completely different environment (not a factory feel). The entire staff from the receptionists, to billing, the nurses, and the ultrasound technicians were like my extended family. I had a very difficult time trying to conceive and it was emotionally taxing. I found support here and empathy. The journey is not always easy and the nurses were always available to answer questions or offer support as were the fertility doctors and NP. All the fertility Drs, Dr Herchlag, Dr Mullen, Dr Cohen and my personal favorite, Dr Scholl were a part of my journey in helping me become a mother to a beautiful baby girl on July 3rd 2018. After 4 years of struggling to become a mom, I must say it is the most wonderful gift I have been blessed with. I'll see you soon for baby#2!!!! We welcomed Baby #2, a healthy baby boy, on July 23, 2021. Dr San Roman performed my transfer. Everything went smoothly and we got a BFP 2 weeks later!"
