StatMD Urgent Care

"I frequented this Urgent Care while my mom was in the hospital for 53 days last summer and I had to present a negative COVID test every 3 days in order to visit her. Most often Tamana was the one to administer my test. She was extremely gentle and made the test as painless as possible(as painless as possible for a long swab going up your nose can be lol). Every time she would see me, she would ask how my mom was doing and always sent her best. I ended up getting a COVID antibody test because through the hospitalization my mom found out at some point she had had COVID. I explained why I needed the test and would be called when the results were in. I got the call and to my shock(since my mom and I live together) it was negative. The next time I saw Tamana, she said she was just as surprised that the test was negative(I was the only one with a pending antibody test so she knew it was mine). She also made sure I knew of the results. If you're being treated at StatMD by Tamana, you are beyond in good hands."

"I just brought my daughter to this Stat MD location in New Hyde Park and it was the most pleasurable experience at a doctors office in a long time. Dr Kozlov is so nice and friendly and smart. The receptionist Maliha was friendly and courteous and helped me over the phone and well as in person. Our scribe who stayed with us in the room was very comfortable and quick with the results of the strep test my daughter had. Thank GOD she didn’t have it but the office was worth coming to and is where I will come going forward"

"I have been to Stad MD several times in the past 2 years since covid. The staffs were very friendly, the scheduled appointment was in good order. When there were lots of people waiting for covid tests, they asked us wait in the car, and when its our turn, we were called in from another entrance to lower the risk of interference with traffic at the door. They really care about their patients, and handled the case in a very efficient and professional way. I really recommend this place for your urgent care services."
