"What a horrible experience calling this office!! They open 9-5. Calling at 9-9:15am (as this is my only time in the day to call), there is an answering service bc the office fails to turn on their phones. Answering service can’t take call unless emergency until office turns on their phones. Tried again 9:20 after calling multiple times the receptionist is so horribly rude and hangs up after telling me off. I feel offended for even having called and she ruined a good part of my morning. Would avoid this office at all costs if possible. And please to the md’s, RETRAIN THE STAFF!!!"

"I’ve been going there since I was almost 4 months pregnant they’ve treated me different from the front desk to the actual doctors. I felt obligated to stay because i’m a high risk pregnancy. And I already sent all my medical records to them. I’m 36 weeks now & they just decided to make me aware I’m not covered to delivery at their hospital after I’ve been seen for all this time. Another reason why I would never go back or recommend this facility is because the drs are very non compassionate while checking my cervix by dr park I stated it was hurting me and she replied “well my hand is smaller than a baby so if you can’t take that how will you give birth vaginally… front desk is very nasty with their attitude. This is my first pregnancy and I’ve had the worst care from them. Now I have to look for another dr at 36 weeks. If you’re African decent don’t go. You and your baby will be at risk"

"Today I met Dr Tatyana Zubkina for the first time at my annual check up. I was comforted and greeted with a warm smile. She had a very caring and kind disposition. Although I had no issues going in, I connected with her immediately and recommend her."

"I have been going to this practice for 20 years and have seen all the doctors. I like all the doctors but usually see Dr. Aranovich, who is great and can’t say enough good things about. She is smart and has great bed side manner and always follows up when needed. I have recently needed to come in for two last minute appointments and was placed with Dr Zubkina. Thank you also to Nicole who is always patient on the phone and easy to make appointments with and accommodates schedules. Dr. Zubkina is the nicest and most patient doctor. Most doctors run out before you can even ask a question and you feel left with a wasted appointment but she is the opposite. She takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and get all your answers . In todays world of everything moving so fast this is a huge benefit to this practice especially to someone who is pregnant and is learning . Can’t reccomend enough!"
