"This center used to be great…it was only for pediatric population but now it’s for adults and children. Also, I made an online appointment for 11am and was told I could wait in my car, would receive a text to be seen shortly….I was waiting so long I was able to go and be seen at another nearby urgent care. This urgent care center didn’t even text me to be seen until 12:50pm…nearly 2hrs later. By that time I was already gone. If you’re in a pinch and need to see a doctor quickly, this is not the place to go."

"Was just there last night. Walked in a bit late and they still took my daughter. Everyone was so sweet and patient. I really admire how fast the staff and doctors worked. They made sure my daughter was being taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!"

"The front desk lady was extremely rude. We usually visit here whenever my kids are sick. Everytime we visit we just go to the front desk and their attitude was very good. This visit we had on January30 at 12:45 p.m and the desk lady’s behavior was extremely rude. She was cursing at us for no reason. She doesn’t show any interest on helping instead just keep saying check your phone check your phone. When I tried to show if the checking process went through she again started screaming saying I don’t need to check just see if you get the message. She is the worse lady we have came across. This visit may be our last but she needs some kinds of training to learn how to respect others."

"The attentiveness and caring value. The attending physician can't remember the full name but I do remember Hercules was very helpful and gave me and my son everything we needed to fight this flu. Also the nurse who attended us and administered the exam was very good also. Thumbs up to the crew at go health hewlett"

"I brought my 6 month old babygirl after her cough was not getting any better. Charles was so patient and friendly with my baby. My daughter’s oxygen levels were reading below normal so h took her oxygen level 3 times just to make sure it was accurate. Dr.D prescribed me an nebulizer and explained thoroughly how to make the baby feel better. Highly recommend, will come back if necessary."
