"Lady in the front is beyond rude. Talks to you as if you were her child or something. No respect for patients coming in. Worse attitude ever. Suggestion: hire new staff that cares for the patient rather then staff that sound like they are miserable doing their job"

"If I can give no stars I would!! I’m not feeling well and the lady at the front desk her name is Christine, she denied me a visit because she told me I had no choice but to pay my copayment when I asked her if it can billed she said NO! they are not supposed to deny you a visit."

"This has been my experience at this location. My daughter had a fever and wofe suspected UTI. Went there and turned put she did have a UTI as well as common cold. Some female PA prescribed a steroid for her cough and nothing else. They took a urine sample told me to wait 48 hours for results. 48 hours passed and nothing so I called. They told me the lab they sent it to (Sheraton?, Sheridan? Labs) had LOST the sample. Not only did they bungle up the labs but they never even reached out to tell me. They have a responsibility to safeguard samples they take and notify patients if something happens which they did not! So my daughter had to deal with a UTI for more than a week before we could get any antibiotics. When I finally did manage to get a hold of someone I had to first deal with the front desk person who asked my why I waited so long. I told her I didn't wait, not by choice. Then I spoke to a gentleman, probably another PA, who FINALLY wrote a perscription for antibiotics after close to two weeks now. I then went to a real doctor to check on my daughter and see if there were any effects from the long duration of infection. The doctor found nothing and recommended a pediatric urgent care in Rockville Centre, PM pediatrics which actually has a doctor on staff. I will be going there from now on to address any acute medical issues for my daughter. And steering clear away from "Urgent-MD", they should rename instead to Urgent-PA. Never met a doctor there. This location is just another example of the inefficiency of privatizing and marketizing healthcare. PAs and NPs doing doctors work, grabbing anyone with a pulse to man the front desk, and subpar profressinals. And who is punished because of this? The patient. Ir's a joke and if you care about your health and the health of loved ones I'd steer clear of this place too."

"HORRIBLE! Nurse and PA Sarah have terrible bedside manners. Unwilling to treat. WITHOUT even taking a look at what I was explaining to her or even diagnosing my issue, she decided to tell me that she can recommend something to me that I can just use at home. Turns out my problem was even bigger than what she downplayed it to be. When I insisted for them to treat me, they started the process and left me alone in the room. It was only until I started screaming in pain inside the room when they came back in and had the audacity to say “well this doesn’t happen normally, I don’t know why you’re acting this way.” As if I was being too dramatic or something. Felt discriminated. Beware of this incompetent staff."

"This location saved my life. I came in for a severe sore throat. The front desk lady was very kind and made the check in process seamless. Courtney Juma was absolutely amazing. She was the sweetest and coached me through my issue. She gave me 2 emergency shots and prescribed me antibiotics. This is now my preferred location. Incredible staff! Thank you all so much."
