"My name is traceable being that I've been a patient before. Here's a few things that accured during my stay while I was there. - Food was horrible. Picture your typical school lunch except downgraded by a good 50 percent. -It was cold in there, no one to offer even the tiniest bit of reassurance when your feeling like your mentally not well. - Rather than being held straight in the youth area, I was in a lobby like situation. Absolutely horrible, half the time I was so uncomfortable I couldn't even cry when I wanted to. When I said it was cold, they didn't even have blankets available, I had to ask for extra "sheets" to bundle up. Literally went to my habit that I got from home of folding the aka makeshift blankets because I wanted to remember at least something that brought me comfort. Call times, yeah forget trying to make a call when your feeling terrible. They'll have you waiting for hours for the "doctor" or nurse. Furthermore, clothes are basically just your typical hospital garments. Yes I know it's the norm but if I am going to a place like this, what I need is TO FEEL LIKE IM IN A OK SPACE. Not feeling like I probably should've booked it in a different hospital. Also, a rundown of what you cannot have in your possession while at this place. - No electronics - Anything with strings. Also a no. - Anything you might have had on you is also confiscated. -They put your stuff in a large paper bag like the kind for groceries except larger. Put away, never to be seen again unless you are finally deemed releasable. Half the time the staff doesn't even care, you can very easily loose track of how long you've been there.(The window in one of the rooms had blinds ) Your stuck in your clothes (that you came in with) until you decide you need a change and then say goodbye to the clothes that where comfortable. Shower? Cold water, also you have to wait for someone to be available to make sure you don't pull anything while your "alone". For the love of whatever it is you believe in. Don't go there. PLEASE. Forget trying to sleep, it's nosey, the bathrooms are filthy. Dust, etc. Staff will literally laugh at your distress, and any outbursts...? the nurse will immediately sedate you."

"the nurses were rude and condescending. they refused to tell me the medication i had been put on (which was making me ill) until the last day. A nurse told me my mental illness was caused by the devil, and others scolded me for having panic attacks. Sedation is a constant threat. DO NOT GO HERE."

"I was first inpatient sent straight from the medical floor. The staff is ok, most of them good but some are just rude and don't really care about the patients. If you have a little outburst, you are sedated right away. Then the food!! Omg it's disgusting. The only good thing they had was breakfast, so i made sure i ate my breakfast because everything else was awful. A day after i was released, i had to go to back to the psychiatric ER and that was an absolute nightmare. Place is filthy, staff does not care at all about patients, and the wait times are ridiculously long. If you have an option to go some where else, please do so."

"Not a nice place to take a young person suffering from mental illness. Probably the worst psych ER in the area. Nurses therapist and doctors will treat your loved ones like an animal ."

"This is the worst ED Psychiatry ever. They dont even know where the patient is, forget about treatment. Staff will literally refer you to 4/5 diff calls just to tell you they cant find the patient. If you ask a question response is, "thats not my job"! Absolutely careless, no patient updates, can never find the doctor for 4 days. I have never seen so many irresponsible so called "professionals" at one place. They do not care for their patients!! Unhygienic patient care. Take your love ones somewhere else than this garbage place. If i could put a zero star I would. Do not recommend it!!!"
