"I had an appointment for a microdermabrasion and facial. My appointment was supposed to be 50 minutes to an hour. I was done in 25 minutes. It seemed quick but when you're there you lose track of time. I did not blame them this decision and tipped her appropriately. I do believe it's a responsibility of the person at the desk to let the initiation know what she is supposed to be doing. When I left she must have realized that was too fast and just stared at me quietly, which prompted me to look at my watch and realize from walking into the room and changing and coming out and tipping it was barely 30 minutes. They should have said something when they realized they made an error. I left and will not be going back. They lost a good customer."
