"Incredible rude receptionists. I was shocked how nasty they talk to patients and the lack of professionalism in that office. The blonde lady who stepped in later to help me seeing my distress in my face was very kind and compassionate (I thank her deeply for stepping in). Elie was showed little care for my situation or distress but at least wasn’t blunt out rude. The other dark skin really flat out rude. The third receptionist with long black hark, dark skin was nasty, kept making disparaging comment about me, and other patients and staff members right in front of me. That women should me removed from any medical setting. She will single-handily ruin the reputation of that practice."
