"Called to get results of chest x-ray to check for pneumonia on a monday & was told I had to speak to a doctor to get them & an appointment wasn't available till thursday at noon. Bit ridiculous, considering i might need antibiotics for pneumonia. But on thursday morning I received a phonecall from the office demanding my co-pay before the doctor would call with my chest x-ray results! I have never experienced this at a doctor's office before where the giving of test results was considered an actual appointment. I feel this was just a money grab & I will be finding a new doctors office immediately. I also think this is highly unprofessional & dangerous if I did need medication having to wait 3 days to get results."

"the City Island branch has changed--I didn't know ANY of the new staff--including the doctor. The office looks stripped down in decor. There should have been a letter sent out about new staff."
"Before attending I read great reviews however the experience was the complete opposite! Went in for my annual physical The MA’s were nice but drawing blood, sending it to the lab and not calling the patient back to inform them that the lab needed more Blood is unacceptable. They waited until my follow up appointment to tell me. This was a waste of my time because I couldn’t do my follow up appointment properly without the results."
