"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The office staff is a COMPLETE DISASTER. Disorganized, unresponsive and unreliable. They had my old pediatrician send my son’s medical records FOUR times, requested my insurance card FOUR times and I’ve now been in hell trying to get my son’s medical records out of them to be free of this constant headache. They make you fill out a form and email it back to them but they can’t email with gmail accounts because that would just be too easy. My son was there from 6-11 months old and when I’d call when he was sick they’d tell me they “had no appointments left.” For a 10 month old with a fever??????????? DO NOT GO TO THEM."

"Do not go here. Their billing is a disaster. It makes no sense and they will not help you resolve their own errors. Then they will report you to credit agencies for late payment of money you dont owe and mess up your credit rating. Besides that I find the staff and doctors to be rude and dismissive. They were completely out of line when they were borderline abusive to my pregnant wife for bringing me to the dr office when I was really sick and couldn't get there on my own."

"If I could this place a Zero, I would. I arrived at 4:50 pm on Sunday. I was told, by the Urgent care Dr. Finklestein's receptionist , that he wasn't seeing any more patients for the day. The facility says its open until 5. I've lived in Scarsdale for 23 years and this was the most egregious example of professional disregard I've ever experienced . My wife looked up the City Md Urgent care location in White plains on Mamaroneck ave. and we went there. Let's Talk about 180 degree reversal. We couldn't have ended up in a more caring and professionally run facility. It was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved my experience , and would give them 10 stars."

"I couldn't be happier with the care I am given here. I used to live in Westchester and have been with this practice forever. I am glad they are growing and have a massive facility to cater to all my needs. They must have about 40 doctors now specializing in all medical areas from cardio to derm. There are machines to test you for bone density, stress, ekg, exrays, etc. I love the new facility, it's state of the art with computer check in, coffee, bathrooms, big screen TVs and tons of clean nice chairs. You walk in to comfort and relax before they pick and probe you. The doctors listen and care. My personal physician knows my name, recalls the name of my X, and always asks how my children are. I thank, Dr J Yuen for finding what is wrong with me and taking the time to make sure I stay healthy!!!"
