"I drove 40 minutes away for this appointment during rush hour and was 9 minutes late and was turned away. As a person who is never late and was full of anxiety about being stuck in traffic it was disheartening to be treated rudely upon my arrival. I understand that late is late and it was my fault, however, in a world full of tardiness, it was a bit shocking to be turned away-especially since I’ve waited there myself for a least 15 minutes when I am on time. Unfortunately I bought a package and will have to return in the future but I do not recommend them anymore."

"My first and last time coming here. This spa is NOT catered to people of color. I went in to get a laser facial which I got a couple of times before at another location , I’ve also had laser on other parts of my body and have never had any issues. The nurse/ assistant or whoever literally looked at me as soon as I sat down it was like she didn’t even try or want to help. She pretty much told me I’m too dark for the procedure which has never happened to me before. It was just such a waste of time and I’m extremely upset. Also I had to reschedule my original appointment because the machine wasn’t working when I first made it and the second appt I had to go during work to pretty much get kicked out. NEVER AGAIN ! I’ll keep going to the spas in my area that better caters to all people not just one kind."
"LOVE this place-the entire staff is wonderful and welcoming. It’s in a great shopping center. Spa like feel without being pushy at all. Bought a package months ago and finally got a hydra facial today with Joy…was relaxing and she’s very knowledgeable. Only thing that was terrible…was the beds! Change the beds and you’d be 100000%"
