"Dr.Hire vaccinated my premature infant with the Hepatitis B vaccine after I told her not to. I only discovered this after the fact, as she did not give me anything other than pamphlets on the vaccines I told her to administer. I shouldn't have to repeatedly tell a trained medical professional something over and over. I directly told her I did not want it and instead of saying she could separate the Pediarix she did it all. I currently am filing a complaint with the board and pursuing legal counsel against this clinic. When confronted she claimed it was a miscommunication. No, it was you doing what YOU thought was best for MY child. She even prompted me to bring my child in so she could administer another shot. If we had communication issues, WHY WOULD I BRING MY CHILD BACK TO SEE YOU? Foolish "doctor", although the receptionist is wonderful. I posted my review years ago and it disappeared. That's so interesting. If Dr. Hire is still there, do NOT bring your child."

"I am reviewing this location with 1 star, I tried 0. I went to Agho Clinic for a Cool Sculpting procedure and I was informed that I would see results in two months and I should drink water. I would see final results at eight months, but nothing happened. When I reached out to inform the team they were very unprofessional and stated that I signed paperwork therefore I could not complain. I am very disappointed in the behavior and the way I was treated as a customer. I firmly believe that their machine does not work and they are ripping customers off."

"I had a bacterial infection in my stomach. The medicine he prescribed gave me diarrhea. I went in for testing again to see why I still have diarrhea after 1 month of taking the antibiotics. By the time of my blood reports had come in, my insurance had expired. So I called him and asked him if there is any medication I need please send it to my pharmacy so I can get better (I can't pay out of pocket), it's been 3 months with diarrhea now. He said, "you would pay the pharmacist but not me." I have no idea what to do now. He legit does not care about my health. Screw you Agho, while I can't eat properly, digest food properly, and have diarrhea for 3 months from the medication you gave me. All you have to do is send my prescription to the pharmacy so I can feel better, you respond by saying you won't if I don't pay you. You will charge me $500 just to come in for 5 min and then send the prescription to my pharmacy. I have never been more disappointed with a doctor in my life. To Owner Response: I had my insurance on the following visit.. after telling him all my problems that occurred with the pervious prescription. He then took all the tests and blood work he needed to and results were in. I called him and asked him what to do next what should I take now? That is when my insurance expired. So it has nothing to do with what you are saying. I had my insurance from visiting him again."

"This has been the most thorough experience with a doctor I’ve had in years. My initial visit lead to me finding out that I needed to be on an allergy shot regimen. I’m grateful for having a doctor willing to help on all issues. I would definitely recommend. The wait time is sometimes an issue but not enough to outweigh the benefits."

"I scheduled a physical at the Astoria branch, and when I went there was no one there. Literally. Lights were off, door was locked, no one answering the phones. I'd taken off work to go, of course. A couple hours later, when I finally get to work, I call again, and hey, someone answers! She informs me that the Dr went to a conference and cancelled all his appointments. Not only did no one ever call me to cancel, they didn't even have a record of me ever making the appointment! I had to double check my phone number record to make sure I didn't accidentally schedule with someone else (I didn't.) The receptionist was completely unapologetic and didn't even ask if I wanted to reschedule (not that I would've). It's one thing to have bad service, it's quite another to have zero service altogether. Well done Agho clinic, you've really lowered the bar beyond my wildest expectations!"
