"I had an appointment today 9/11/23 at 4 pm. I got there on time and I expected the front desk staff to greet and asked for ID and insurance as it was my first visit but they just gave me a clip board to write my name and I sat there. They called me while I was there and I just told them the staff weee talking to each other but didn’t ask me anything. I wasn’t told how long would be the waiting time or anything else. Front desk didn’t even mention nothing they just kept talking giggling and literally hanging out. No professionalism at all. Never felt welcome. They called when I was there and they instructed me to ask the front desk staff for some attention. I laughed and I said okay then I asked front desk when will I be seen as this is my time to be seen. They said at least hour and half or more. I canceled my appointment and simply left."
"I had an appointment schedule for 3:18pm today 7/17/23 I got there 10 mins before my scheduled time I checked in & they put me in a room. I waited for a dr almost 2 hrs without having anyone comming in the check on me The front desk staff that was 2 females were very Nasty and seemed as if they were outside of with friends hanging out I would recommend NEVER EVER comming here, you would be better off dying than comming to a place like this, very unorganized and need better office skills If I was able to give a 0 star would of rated it at that !"
"Worst location and even worse service. Went there and sent my referral 2 weeks prior. They will call you non stop to remind of your appointment but wouldn’t spend 5 mins checking for any errors on the referral. Had an appointment at 9 am and there were at least 20 people waiting. Overbooking the appointments. The rude lady at the front goes your referral has errors after I waited for an hour and she said we don’t know what’s wrong with it but we can try and find out and she stated IDK how long that’s going to take. Avoid USA veins clinic at all costs"
