"If I can give this place 0 stars I would. As per a “manager” aka a MA with blonde hair pretending to be a manager stated if I don’t pay my copayment I can’t be seen. I simply asked to be billed as I was billed every time before. People pretending to be supervisors and making up rules as they go is a liability of malpractice at its finest. I asked for her name and she refused. The customer service is beyond unprofessional, the establishment seems to be ran by people who don’t know what they’re doing. I am going to look into their liscense and certifications. This is being brought to corporate immediately. Don’t go here at any costs."
"my first time was yesterday, was very clean and spacious upon entering. I went fairly early which resulted in less of a wait time maybe about 1.5 hrs. Most people were in masks which made me feel safe. Some were coughing and not wearing a mask where I feel that should be enforced more upon entering. Reason why they are rated a 2 and not any higher is because my medications were not fully sent to my pharmacy, and there response rate to call back from a doctor is terrible. You go to an urgent care to get immediate attention and help, I needed medication to get better as soon as possible so that I can feel better. It’s been now day 2 and still no call back from a doctor. Very disappointed in my service."
"Go to urgent care at ridge hill. You will be see quicker than this place, This place is a joke. My first red flag should have been, when I walked in, there was a man sound asleep snoring in the chair, Spent 2 1/2 hours waiting to see a doctor. With only 4 people in front of me. Staff and doctor kept standing around talking about how long they should have off over Christmas and new year. Eventually I was taken back to a room and had to wait another 30 mins. They tried using equipment that was broken. Tried to tell me my blood pressure was to high after they took it with a machine you by on Amazon for $20 dollars.the list goes on and on. I had to demand to see the doctor as I needed to pick my kids up. Do not go near here."
