"Horrible wait! I was there at 9:15 and didn’t leave until about 12pm. I was the first person there! The lights were off when I arrived. Waited for someone to come to the front desk for about 15-20mins. The NP spoke to me as if I was illiterate. Even with an appointment, the NP saw other patients before me. No this was no my first time here, but it was the worst experience and my last time there."

"Went this week to get a ppd test done, Monday was absolutely horrid as I had to wait two hours to be seen, low staff. The rates for tests were very affordable and Stephanie was a delight after a long wait. When I returned on a Wednesday to get read no wait in and out. I would give it 4 stars"

"I thank the Dr that was there and finally saw me. I had an 8:15 am appointment and no one was there to see me. I waited over an hour to just go to the back and then another 30 minutes to finally see the Dr. Why say you open at 8am and there's no one working to check you in? I'm there cuz I don't feel good and this just makes it worse. Also you can't get anyone on the phone to follow-up with if you have a question. I called and was just on hold so I had to go back to the office to get something resolved. Not acceptable. I go here cuz they have my information but they need to do better or don't open at 8am if you don't have staff that will be on time. I shouldn't have been there for almost 2 hours. Not a good experience."

"Got there at 8:30. the door sign says open from 8:30 until, only two people there, the practitioner/provider and her assistant. The persons to check and take payment were not there. The practitioner and assistant check me in did everything they could I then had to wait for the person to come in to accept the payment. The person never came in. The practitioner and assistant worked with a person on line and discover the way to accept payment (sent me a link) which they did. I had to wait a few hours. The provider and assistant were perfect in providing services with NO staff. I would go back to that company location again and wait just to get served. From a business point of view the practitioner and assistant should be given some sort of appreciation gift to let them know that they're valued and they might remain with you longer. In today's work environment is not about the money it's about being perceived as being valuable to the organization"

"This clinic is very clean, friendly, respectful and caring. This the first time coming here and I told my daughter I like this better than the one closest to me. The physician was very knowledgeable and attentive. Also it was fast but thorough! 5 start because is not 10!!!!"
